today's 'fuck you' to big business...

aah citibank... my employer has a sweetheart deal with citi for all of us worker-proles: free checking. completely free and they wave their little penalties and such. it's lovely. but it expires yearly and i have to remember to go in (i could swear i put it in my outlook last year...?) and renew it. but no. so yesterday, i go in there and talk to the nice lady who not only put the waiver on, but put on a permanent waiver so it won't need to be renewed, and refunded the two months of fees and penalties. can you imagine? and she was nice about it, too. almost $25! fabu... so, citi, i have to say, you've done very well. and not paying you a cent has curbed my desires to find a more local bank to patronize. hell, i'm all for taking advantage of big business...
