my workplace is a petri dish

the whole ninth floor, all of them. they snort and grunt and sneeze and such, but do they stay home sick so as to not infect the rest of us? no. not at all. the same cold has been going around for months. probably as a result of the coworkers who have spawn at home, but who knows.

either way, i've gotten it twice and am not keen on a third, so i open doors with my shirt and press elevator buttons with my id. anal? sure. you know that's how i like it AHEM

so what's the deal with the citywide stank? we've had this bizarre maple syrup-like stank a few times in 2006, then today smells sulfurry. (kinda like iceland all over again. thought i was having a stroke this morning, to be honest.) no one knows why... love that my city is so on the ball. what?
